Event Highlights

• As part of ASMPT’s ongoing commitment to education and community outreach, our Munich team participated in a career fair at Georg Büchner Realschule. Three representatives engaged directly with students and parents, sharing insights into career paths, technical roles, and entry opportunities, while introducing ASMPT as a responsible local employer.
• This initiative supports early career orientation and strengthens ASMPT’s visibility in the community. By participating in local school events, we foster meaningful relationships with students, teachers, and educational institutions, creating a foundation for future collaboration and talent development that aligns with our long-term growth and recruitment strategies.
• A follow-up company visit is already planned, giving students and teachers practical exposure to our workplace and processes. This long-term cooperation aims to bridge the gap between education and industry, reinforcing ASMPT’s strategic role in youth development, vocational preparation, and social responsibility within the local community.
