Supporting Employees Who Care for the Elderly

Event Highlights

• On July 17, 2025, the Hong Kong team hosted a workshop dedicated to supporting employees caring for elderly family members. Sponsored by the Hong Kong Women's Chapter, the event celebrated our company’s anniversary by promoting well-being and fostering community support, with a special focus on employees balancing both work and caregiving roles.
• The workshop provided valuable resources and tools to help carers manage emotional and physical stress. It reinforced the importance of recognizing and supporting carers in our workplace, emphasizing our ongoing commitment to a caring, inclusive culture where employee well-being is prioritized and everyone’s contributions are valued.
• A guest speaker introduced community resources available to employed carers, including access to social service organizations, counseling centers, and eldercare networks. Participants learned practical self-care strategies and resilience techniques while juggling caregiving responsibilities, ensuring employees feel seen, supported, and empowered in both their professional and personal lives.
