2025 Third Quarter Results Announcement

HONG KONG – 11 October – ASMPT Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 0522) announced today that the Company will report operating results for the
Third Quarter 2025 ended 30 September 2025, at around 10:00 pm on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.

ASMPT will host an investor conference call on Thursday, 30 October, at 8:30 a.m. Hong Kong time (Wednesday, 29 October being a public holiday in Hong Kong).

Investor Conference Call Registration

The investor conference call will be conducted via Zoom. The archived conference call (audio only) will be available for replay, beginning no later than six hours after completion of the conference call.
