Our Continuous Process for ENGAGE 2024 Survey

The ENGAGE 2024 survey revealed an important finding: employees want a deeper understanding of the corporate strategy. In response, Josef Ernst, CEO of SMT Solutions, initiated a series of strategy workshops, starting with eight workshops in Germany and expanding to other locations worldwide. These workshops proved to be very valuable as they encouraged an open dialogue and gave employees a clear insight into ASMPT’s strategic direction. Josef Ernst personally led the ENGAGE follow-up workshops worldwide, demonstrating ASMPT’s commitment to open communication and strategic direction.
