Support Facilities and Policies for Working Parents

ASMPT is dedicated to supporting working parents in every aspect, providing a friendly environment for employees from different family backgrounds and in different stages of their personal life. We introduced dedicated spaces including a mother and infant room together with a children’s homework room for several offices in China in 2024.

These facilities are thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings and child-friendly decorations, providing a safe and engaging place for children to study and relax while their parents focus on work. ASMPT in Chengdu also provided additional parental benefits, including a maternity leave support programme offering increased maternity leave entitlement, and salary and childbirth allowance provisions. This demonstrates ASMPT’s unwavering support for working parents.
