Event Highlights

• On April 3rd, ASMPT AMICRA welcomed six girls aged 12 to 14 for Girls’ Day 2025, an event designed to inspire young girls to explore careers in STEM fields and reduce barriers to entering technical professions. The participants engaged in hands-on activities within AMICRA’s high-tech environment, explored advanced technologies, and interacted directly with female engineers, gaining valuable insights into everyday working life and the diverse opportunities available in STEM.
• A central message of the event was that technology and innovation are for everyone—curiosity knows no gender. By opening its doors and providing meaningful, practical experiences, AMICRA aims to ignite long-term interest in technical careers among girls and contribute to a more inclusive industry for future generations.
