Ms. Wendy Koh Meng Meng was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 7 May 2025. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Spirent Communications plc (a company listed on the London Stock Exchange).

Ms. Koh is a seasoned IT industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales, partnership, strategy, and general management, driving growth in the Asia-Pacific with a deep focus on technology and digital transformation.

Ms. Koh is currently an executive vice president/managing director for Capgemini South East Asia. Prior to this, she held key management roles at NetApp and Juniper Networks.

She graduated from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
